Enterprise AI ≠ models, use cases, pilots. It’s a new way of working, embedded into the business.

Enterprise AI ≠ models, use cases, pilots. It’s a new way of working, embedded into the business.
Ode with Anthropic, the enterprise AI transformation company backed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and other major investors, has acquired AI services firm Casper Studios.
The strategic fit is straightforward:
Ode goes deep -> It builds custom, production-grade AI applications for an organization’s hardest problems.
( + )
Casper goes broad -> It helps companies deploy Claude across teams, workflows and existing systems, building the skills, connectors and organizational context needed to drive adoption.
( = )
Take enterprises from identifying high-value AI opportunities to building the technology, deploying it across the organization and driving adoption at scale.
That matters because the enterprise AI conversation has moved from "What can AI do?" to "How do we make AI work across the business?"
In one example Ode built a custom internal tool using Anthropic models that reportedly reduced bottlenecks in time-intensive operational tasks by 70%. Casper automated workflows across support, consulting and project-planning teams.
The bigger bet here is that enterprise AI is becoming more about organizational transformation. AND turning a series of promising experiments into an organizational capability tied to measurable outcomes.
Until next time,
Ram
